That's easy, you can find me usually in my store in Mage District, or if you spot me active around the streets of Stormwind.

I've made an order, do you deliver?

Of course, just recently we've added courier support to our shop, no matter where in the world or what world you are in, Our trustworthy courier, Charity Bleek will always find you, somehow.....

On second thought, I'd rather collect, that possible?

Indeed, I will send the customer a letter of invoice detailing the product and it's completion alongside any additional payments due and the details to find my shop.

Can I make several orders at once?

Make as many as you feel financially comfortable with, our prices are fair but we offer different means of payment to suit the customer needs.

Can you make things not disclosed in the menu?

We certainly can and have done in the past, we ensure privacy in more personal orders our top priority.

If your store in closed, how can I make an order?

If you see me around the city, feel free to make an order request, I usually carry my notebook to take down your details and of your order and will see it carried out as soon as possible.

I don't know what to buy, can I purchase a gift voucher instead?

Of course, just recently we've adapted Gift Cards to give to family or friends, come on by to find out more.

What about the return policy?

If you are dissatisfied with the craft, you will receive a full refund with no questions asked.
